Have always gotten the same thing because I’m stuck in my ways. If you think I’m biased because of the one item you’d be mistaken. The quality of products, their service, and always feeling like I’m known even when there is a new worker is unmatched.I love this place and the people in it.Keep being you WAN!!!!

I just walked in with my 2yo child and asked if I could use the restroom. I was at the UPS store and they actually told me i could use the restroom “next door” and pointed to NCN. I had been curious about the shakes for a while so figured I could use the potty then also check out the menu & maybe try something but was immediately told no I could not use the restroom. The girl was apologetic but obviously has no idea what it feels like to have a full bladder and need a restroom with a 2yo in tow. It’s not like I can run in anywhere and leave him in the car. with a policy like that that does not make any exceptions in a case like this. No one else was there. It would not have hurt a thing to let me use the dang restroom. 🤬 I’m so disappointed. Will not be back.
