I got to know Yitka and her family over the years and when I found out that I got a new assignment, I knew Yitka was the realtor I wanted to speak with first. She was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process and explained every line of the different forms we encountered such as the comparative market analysis, the proposed listing price and our contract. Because I had to move rather quickly I gave Yitka a short timeline to work with. She marketed our home with a "coming soon" campaign and our house was under contract within 6 hours of going live. She wasn't part of my banks homebuying rewards network but it didn't matter because she gave us a sale reward of her own that was actually more than my bank offers. Overall great experience!

I have had several realtors, as I have 11 rental properties and 14 total properties. None that I have had has been nearly as good! She has complete knowledge of the market, responds in moments, and was able to negotiate us an outstanding deal. I would not consider going to another realtor after having dealt with Yitka. This is what a realtor should be, but so few are.
