I had purchased the Tanker right before Christmas, and it arrived damaged, where the lid would not fit onto base (base warped possibly-not sure). Needless to say, I was quite disappointed as I was excited to get canning. I contacted Denali and was helped by Charlotte, their Customer Support Rep, who was very understanding and willing to find a solution to my issue. After sending her photos and a video of the issue with the Tanker, she promptly sent same to the QA team for review. After the QA review, they offered to send me a replacement unit. The fulfillment center was closed for the day (it was a Friday) but Charlotte offered to ship it out the following Monday. All of this happened within a couple of days before Christmas, so I was excited to know that this company made things right very quickly. Charlotte was wonderful to work with and always kept me updated as to the status of my issue/shipment of new unit.
