I can not say enough about the quality and sturdiness of this canner. Now I’m not the expert canner, one day maybe I will be. I don’t have anything else to compare it too. This is the first canner I’ve ever owned. I shopped and compared. Money is tight for everyone right now and the price of this one was affordable. To top it off, the customer service they have given to me has been wonderful even all these months later. I don’t have a photo to share I’m sure there’s plenty already online somewhere. Charlotte was amazing helping me find all my missing parts that I needed for my Denali canning pressure cooker The Tanker. I bought one second hand, but I didn't realize until after I got it home that it was missing the manual and a few very important parts. Charlotte helped me obtain everything I needed and was able to put the order together for me, so I didn't have to go to several different websites to get everything I needed. This experience for me was so positive and helpful that I can't wait to get canning this year.
