Charlotte was amazing helping me find all my missing parts that I needed for my Denali canning pressure cooker The Tanker. I bought one second hand, but I didn't realize until after I got it home that it was missing the manual and a few very important parts. Charlotte helped me obtain everything I needed and was able to put the order together for me, so I didn't have to go to several different websites to get everything I needed. This experience for me was so positive and helpful that I can't wait to get canning this year. I had purchased the Tanker right before Christmas, and it arrived damaged, where the lid would not fit onto base (base warped possibly-not sure). Needless to say, I was quite disappointed as I was excited to get canning. I contacted Denali and was helped by Charlotte, their Customer Support Rep, who was very understanding and willing to find a solution to my issue. After sending her photos and a video of the issue with the Tanker, she promptly sent same to the QA team for review. After the QA review, they offered to send me a replacement unit. The fulfillment center was closed for the day (it was a Friday) but Charlotte offered to ship it out the following Monday. All of this happened within a couple of days before Christmas, so I was excited to know that this company made things right very quickly. Charlotte was wonderful to work with and always kept me updated as to the status of my issue/shipment of new unit.

I realized I hadn’t received my order. I could see the transaction had gone through but I couldn’t find my confirmation email. I reached out to Denali customer service. Within a very short time I had an email explaining I had entered my email wrong so I missed out on the shipping information email! The order was on its way with tracking! This company came highly recommended and the prompt customer service has confirmed the integrity of this company!! I am looking forward to good quality products and great customer service!!
