Great satisfaction with the consultants of Cypress and solar roofingCypress & Solar roofing was my in neighborhood, and I was in the process of trying to get a new roof, consultant, Cole, very friendly, and persistent, I had explained my funds, and he made it work then I told him I needed it done by a certain date (only two days to get it done, one day it rain) and the next day a full crew came out and got it done.Cole, came at the end of the day, walked around the roof and made sure | was pleased then I looked and there was another the consultant came and we visited on the driveway.I was very very pleased with Cole, and all the ones that he brought in to discuss the roof, and the workers.They take pride in their work. John came out and took a look at my skylight, I ended up not needing a whole roof but the repair estimate was given to me quickly and I was shown pictures of everything which made him more trustworthy, highly recommend him!!

Upon closing on a home in Benton, we noticed a leak on move in weekend. A quick google search, and a cup ( with Cypress Solar & Roofing) hitting me at the Highland Parade the following day- Carey came out and inspected the leak & had it repaired within the week. Communication throughout as well as pricing was great.

John Selsor came out and did an inspection for us, we ended up not needing anything done right now but when we do in the future he definitely has our business. It’s rare a salesman is so upfront and honest through the process of inspection and not just pushing a sale. Definitely recommend him!!

They came out promptly to look at a small job and provided a fair quote. When the problem wasn’t fully resolved, the first time they didn’t hesitate to come back out again to figure out what was going on they took the time to make it right and fix it at no additional charge. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this I truly appreciate their honesty, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
