During my first visit, it immediately became apparent that Dr. Fleischman’s approach is incredibly patient-focused – his care plan was developed through a conversation between us in which he got to know me, listened to my concerns, educated me on my treatment options and what to expect, and spent extra time showing me photos of similar cases. I found it very easy to place my trust in this practice given the surprising level of warmth, attention to detail, teamwork, and patience (with my endless questions especially). Dr. Fleischman is very skilled and thorough from treatment plan to execution, but the entire team is as well – every seemingly small detail mattered and even my routine cleaning was more comprehensive than I’ve ever experienced in the past. Throughout my entire treatment process, I always felt informed and that my health was prioritized above all else. While I honestly couldn’t envision what my smile would look like in the end, I trusted Dr. Fleischman to provide a result I would be happy with, while agreeing to treat as conservatively as possible. I am not comfortable with dentists. In fact, I am pretty scared, but I have been seeing Dr Fleischman for about 7 years now. He and his staff have made me feel comfortable with their attentiveness, empathy and patience. The quality of care is excellent. Last month, I badly chipped a front tooth on a Thursday afternoon just before the office closing time, of course. I panicked, but Dr. Fleischman had me come straight over and Andie, the dental assistant, delayed meeting a friend to help fix it perfectly. Reception staff is top notch - very communicative and friendly. It’s clear that this is an organized and well run office. The office itself was very clean and the waiting area was nicely styled. My hygienist took some time to get to know me before getting started. She was lovely and did a great job, always making sure I was comfortable. Dr. Fleishman was great - the appointment didn’t feel rushed and his exam was very thorough. He explained some things to me that no other dentist ever had before, it was a consultative approach. He came up with a multi-step plan to address my issues but never made me feel any pressure to start immediately and he didn’t try to up sell me.
