I have a 3 year old Rottweiler who has been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. She is on medication, but is extremely dog reactive and is people selective. Wags And Tails was recommended to me by my behavioral trainer for boarding. When I called to schedule boarding for a few days I spoke with the owner about my dog’s issues and he said it wouldn’t be a problem to board her. The way the facility is set up there is an indoor run where they sleep and eat, and there is a door connecting them to an outdoor run where they can hang out and use the bathroom. This setup is quite unique and made me feel more comfortable leaving her there. She had her own space separate from the other dogs and she could still have the freedom of going outdoors. My dog did very well staying the few nights at the facility. The owner was actually able to make friends and handle my dog without any issues. This was quite shocking as she is usually more reactive around men. My dog came home very happy and well adjusted. We will definitely be using them again! If you have an anxious/reactive dog definitely check this place out! Thank you so much Peter!!!

I’ve been a client with my chocolate lab, Great Dane, lab mix and as of now my Italian Mastiff. Over 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Peter is the best!

This is the only place that would take my dog while I was in the hospital. They are humble and respectful people, and took very good care of my dog Jackson I am eternally grateful to them and plan on recommending them to anybody that has a dog that may not be so people friendly, but Peter and his wife are the greatest. I won’t take my dog any place else. Because of them, my dog is alive and not euthanized.

Our Icelandic Dog had a great experience. Simbi had multiple stays here for dog boarding. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. I have to call it a gem. The cost per night is affordable. I highly recommend Wags and Tails.
