All real estate agents are NOT the same. I learned a great lesson while searching for a home. Get a realtor like Ken with construction experience. It’ll save you from buying a house with expensive repairs or forever problems. Construction experience gives a person the ability to understand the current issues and potential future issues of a house. Ken saved me multiple times. If going with any other realtor I would have bought a house that would have cost me a lot of money to fix. I even got to avoid one with foundation issues because Ken caught the issue immediately.
