Tito recently helped us find and a purchase a property recently as we from out of state. He is an outstanding agent, and we will certainly enlist him in future real estate transactions. Most real estate agents seem to think they can just you sign up for their automated search alerts, take you to see a property when you find one, and then collect a commission once you purchase something. Tito, on the other hand, does what a real estate agent is supposed to do and more. He listened to what we were actually looking for, helped us identify areas and neighborhoods that we would most like, and helped actually assess candidate properties. He researched the background information to find out what the property ads weren't mentioning and helped evaluate post-purchase hidden costs.
