First off let me say, Jennifer is a sweet lady that explained the whole process to me about relocating to San Diego. She told me about the steps I need to take in order to be in San Diego. As I was Born and raised in San Diego, something in me is saying move back home from Minnesota. For me it’s about the city and how vibrant and lovely it is. Thanks to Jennifer for giving me a clear mind on how to relocate. Thank you so much for all your help.

Jennifer St.Clair represented the buyers on my recently closed listing. Jennifer was professional, pleasant and both my seller and I felt she represented her buyers well but also treated my seller with dignity and fairness. As in most transactions there were issues that had to be addressed. Once again Jennifer was professional and we were able to successfully conclude the transaction with satisfied and happy clients.

Jenn makes it happen without cutting corners. Was able to sell my house for asking in an increasingly difficult sellers market. Will be working with her again in the future!

I needed some help finding a property manager. I contacted Jennifer because she had an office in the area my property was located. It's very special when a person you're not doing business with goes above and beyond to help you. Jennifer's character is steller. If she helps a stranger with something not related to her business, just think what she would do for her clients. Jennifer, if I can ever help you, I will. You are an exceptional person.

I found Jennifer through her Real Estate YouTube channel since I am interested in San Diego and potentially living there. I figured she would be a great person to talk to about San Diego and other questions I had that weren't in her videos. Gave her a call and had a good conversation with her. She is warm, welcoming, and very helpful. She was able to answer my questions and painted a good picture of the area and people.

Jen was amazing through the process of buying my home a few years back and now finalizing the sale of it. Very straight forward, easily digest able information and quick with it. Had a few stressful, but necessary, situations come up and she was able to explain every bit of it every single time. Fantastic agent!

Moments after watching Jennifer's YouTube video on why people are leaving San Diego, and requesting her relocation guide, She Called Me! In Real Life! It wasn't AI or a Scam. Although I've lived in North Georgia for decades, I've been a fan of and frequent visitor to San Diego that entire time. It's always been priced out of my range to live there, but affordable flights from Atlanta and Hilton Vacation Club make it accessible. If you are moving to Greater San Diego, Jennifer is your Go To Girl for getting out there and getting settled, And for educating you prior to making the big decision. Thank You for being and doing You Jennifer!

I ran across Jennifer St. Clair when I was considering moving to San Diego. I discovered her on her you tube channel which had awesome content on moving to and living in San Diego. The more I watched the more I decided to call Jennifer. She really seemed to know her stuff. She called me right back and was a font of knowledge about San Diego and the surrounding areas. She was very approachable, down- to-earth, and very generous with her time. She stayed in close touch by calling or texting and sending me listings to consider without being intrusive one bit. Alas, my plans fell through to move to San Diego, but I found an exceptional realtor that I'd like to recommend to you all. Jennifer has many good ideas, great contacts, and I felt very taken care of. Her communication skills are very good and she truly wants to help you have a great experience buying or selling your next home. Thank you for everything, Jennifer!

Jennifer St. Clair is amazing. We recently met at a networking event and the first 3 things she did were all to help me. It was little things like helping me get good pictures at the event, making sure we had good contact information to stay connected, and helping me connect with another woman from the event. The reason I bring this up is because it shows her character. Her number one concern was that I got the best help she could offer so that I could get the most out of this event. This level of genuine service just for the purpose of helping another with no expectation of gain tells me that she would go even further to help her clients with every aspect of purchasing the right home. Plus she’s been buying houses since her early 20s, so you she has lots of intel, tips, and experience that she can offer to her clients as well. With a purchase as big as real estate, you really want someone that will go that extra mile to help someone because that will make the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable for you, to know she is handling all the little details so you don’t have to.

Jennifer was an absolute gem to work with when we sold our unique home in the Chula Vista area. She went above and beyond. She kept us informed at every step of the process with timely and informative communication, which put our minds at ease during such a stressful time. We would absolutely recommend Jennifer St Clair to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable realtor who truly puts their clients first and can work through any situation.
