Had an emergency water issue on a late night and they came right out and handled the issue. After the cleanup and dry out, the reconstruction was efficient. The professionalism was excellent. I hope I never need to use them again, but if a situation happened I would certainly give them a call. Highly recommended!

A pipe burst in my bedroom while I was at work. The police had to break down my door to access the house. I came home to no front door and flooded master and guest bedroom. Yasen happened to be in the neighborhood and walked over to introduce himself. He asked if he could take a look at the damage, and I agreed. Within 10 minutes I hired him and he got to work immediately. He came by for check-ins daily and kept me informed about the process. I was afraid that I would have to find several different contractors to reconstruct the damage, but Yasen and his team took care of everything. The only thing I had to do was sleep on the couch for a while. Once the drying was complete, the wall was rebuilt and painted within two days, and the next day, the carpet was reinstalled, and Yasen and his team moved everything back into the rooms. A cleaning team was sent an hour later to clean up any mess that was left. I could not be happier with UWRG, Yasen, and his team.

I recently had to deal with my flooded condo due to a washing machine failure. Didn't discover problem until following morning, at which time the whole condo was under water. Thank you, thank you United Water Restoration. I placed a call and within 1 hour Yasen Yasenov arrived and immediately began removing all the water and destroyed rugs. I was in complete panic, and having a reliable company respond within 1 hour was unbelievable. Hours later all water was removed and fans deployed thru condo to begin the drying process. Yasen returned every day to monitor moisture readings until condo was dry and ready to begin putting back together.Not only were they very professional, but returned every phone call, text and email Yasen personally helped me deal with insurance companies and patiently waited to get his well deserved payment. I would suggest everyone make a note of this company name. They should be your first call for any water emergency
