Michael has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND any service I have ever received. My husband and I are new to NC, and Michael helped us to each find the best coverage since our medical needs differ. I was taking a fairly expensive medication, and Michael provided me several options of coverage from which to choose. After all his/our time and trouble, my medical provider changed my medication to something much different and much, much more costly. Michael was by my side--hosting conference calls with Medicare and also with the insurance provider. He knew of, and assisted with, how I could apply to make monthly payments instead of a single enormous payment. He didn't just write the policy and politely leave the scene.
