Such a beautiful and powerful Reiki workshop with Sarah! The whole day felt so calm, relaxed and welcoming. I loved that it was a small group, allowing us all to connect and share our experiences. The healing was incredibly powerful, especially the group distance healing, where I saw the most amazing colours. I felt a shift in my energy as soon as I was attuned and have noticed such a difference in my bodywork since.Sarah has an incredible gift and just seems to know exactly what you need. I left feeling reassured that I'm on the right path. I'm so grateful for the experience and will definitely be returning for more healing and my Reiki Master course. Highly recommend!

Sarah immediately put me at ease as I was a little nervous about the hypnotherapy session. She spent a long time finding out about me and why I wanted her help, then we started the hypnotherapy process. I felt like nothing had happened but Sarah pointed out that I had been under for 25 minutes. The change in my thinking about the food and drink that I consume happened straight away. I no longer craved cheese sandwiches and alcohol. Since the session I have lost several pounds in weight and have hardly had any alcohol.Sarah’s manner is so friendly and nonjudgmental and you can tell that she genuinely wanted to help me succeed in my goals. Highly recommended

After 19 months of feeling lost, trapped in my mind, and riddled with anxiety that prevented me from living - I knew enough was enough.I was searching for Reiki online when I came across Sarah's website. Initially I joined her for remote Reiki, which was extremely powerful. I felt it as if she were in the room and experienced my body getting hot and cold as she was working on my chakras. After the session she called me to talk me through what had happened, and to my amazement Sarah described my exact experience. This only encouraged me to look further into the other services she offers and this is when I discovered Somatic Coaching and Shamanic Healing.Due to my indecisive nature Sarah kindly agreed to have a quick call to discuss the two offerings, and it was clear Somatic Coaching was what I needed. The transformation in my life from just the first session where I'd learnt some tools to regulate my nervous system was unbelievable. Sarah commented there was something visibly different about me in comparison to the week previous. This theme continued throughout the weeks, and by the 4th session I had learnt, practiced, and practiced some more the tools she shared with me.By the end of the 4 sessions my friends and family could see a difference in me, I could feel the difference too. I'd become unstuck and suddenly had the capacity to cope with everyday life again. I gained the ability to think ahead and not just exist in the past. I started to deal with challenging situations that I had pushed to the back of my mind because I was capable of dealing with them. I began to live, to move.It has been nearly 3 weeks since the last session with Sarah and I still use the tools in my daily life. When things get overwhelming I no longer spiral into anxiety and defeat. I now regulate my nervous system, and move through the challenges. When things feel tough I look back over the notes Sarah sent me at the end of our sessions, which reminds me not only the wonderful things Sarah taught me, but also how far I have came in such a short space of time.I'm so grateful for the experience I had and I really do understand now why it's called 'The Reset'. Thank you Sarah for such invaluable lessons, for showing me how to be comfortable in my own body, and for understanding me and meeting me where I'm at, always. It has truly been a pleasure!

I am truly amazed at the power of Hypnotherapy. Sarah immediately makes you feel at ease, she has a natural way of making you feel relaxed, feeling you're in a safe place to be open, &, trust the process. I was apprehensive at first , however with Hypnotherapy that very quickly disappeared, I felt like I could let go , as she guided me through the process professionally, &, at my own pace. I became very relaxed, letting go of tension that I had been carrying in my chest & core, I felt lighter , totally relaxed, I felt a calmness over my whole mind & body. The old beliefs & images that I had been carrying are gone, no more ruminating , something shifted in me, no more fight or flight. Hypnotherapy has been an incredible journeyI would highly recommend Hypnotherapy with Sarah.Thank you for your gentle approach & your tenacity, for freeing me of old beliefs that no longer serve me !

When I started this healing journey, things were pretty grim. I was struggling with deep personal challenges and even contemplating going on medication. I felt overwhelmed and disconnected from myself. Then I started working with Sarah, and everything changed. Through somatic healing and hypnotherapy, she helped me understand my body's responses to trauma—fight, flight, freeze, and fawn—patterns I hadn't even realized were ruling my daily life. With her guidance, I learned powerful breathing techniques and other tools to help regulate my nervous system. Now, instead of feeling consumed by my emotions, I can recognize what's happening and respond with the tools Sarah taught me. When overwhelm creeps in, my body instinctively knows what to do.Sarah has a rare gift—she made me feel truly seen, safe, and supported throughout this journey. Even though we worked remotely from opposite sides of the world, her presence was unwavering.Sarah, you came to my rescue when I didn’t think I could make it through another day. You are a true gift to this world, and I am endlessly grateful for you.

I can’t thank Sarah enough for the support she provided me during my journey to better health. I had three hypnotherapy sessions with her. Thanks to Sarah’s guidance, I’ve been able to make healthier food choices and take control of my portion sizes.I’ve lost weight, but more importantly, I feel so much happier and more confident in my relationship with food. Sarah is professional, empathetic, and truly knows how to help her clients make lasting changes. I highly recommend her if you're looking to make positive changes in your life!

‘I’m speechless’ would be the ideal way to describe how well this hypnotherapy with Sarah worked, however that’s not exactly the most interesting testimony.I remember going in with the strongest feeling on low self esteem, confidence, stagnant moods and just a bit of a misery, its difficult to understand exactly why I felt that way because I feel i’ve been this new version of me my entire life, the only reminder is that when people around me notice a change, everyone’s guard is down, less reactive and it truly feels like everyone around me is mellowing and softening with me, I must have set such an atmosphere around me that family were just as reactive.I have so much confidence at work, home and in everyday life to speak, and when not to speak,To guard and protect but to also be the person that they need, when my kids have made mistakes they know that they have me to be there to listen and be there opposed to being worried of reactivity. We are all now learning from each other and allowing space, comfort, fun and growth. It may have always been there but I was never able to see it without Sarah opening these doors and allowing me access to my own control room. It's been an absolute life changer and Sarah has given me the tools to see and use what already was right in front of me, absolute love all the way.One final thing, I wasn't always able to be confident enough to stand up for myself without some sort of passive aggression which doesn't seem to communicate well at all. Being able to be assertive and learning I have the ability to fully understand I'm not just ‘this’ and not just ‘that’, I've taken pride and ownership in all I am which in turn I feel a lot less inclined to buckle under certain pressures and others aggression. I’m more confident to stand my ground.Sarah, thank you so much for this beautiful gift.Lewis x

Great book very interesting and easy to read follow and learn from. Sarah Gratton writes as if she is talking to you in the room . The book is well laid out and allows you to add your insights in the book as you go along. Lots of practical tips to help you become more self aware and calm.

I was just about to write that I met Sarah by chance, but realise of course I didn't!! The universe was in complete alignment initially I saw her because my body was unwell and needed some help nutritionally and so began her work.......I am now internally healthier and free from an autoimmune disorder and externally fitter. I then had a Thai massage to help release some lower back problems. All I can say is WOW and I totally deserve another one in the new year after working so hard this year Now to my soul healing: Sarah is a Reiki master and took me on a journey through three Reiki sessions, again I want to say wow! But actually it's not enough to describe this journey of enlightenment. As a psychotherapist I completely understand the concept of soul murder in children(Shengold) that is carried forward through life. What Sarah does, in my opinion, through Reiki is to reintegrate and heal the heart and soul; release and reenergise stuck energy- at least in my case! It was a profound experience which led to my own training with Sarah, and her equally beautiful sister Angela, in Reiki 1. Everyone needs to have a double Reiki attunement with this awesome twosome. I swear I even experienced some psychic surgery on my shoulder during this experience! Profound beyond words I also attend Sarah's Yin yoga class, which is the most relaxing and gentle class. I'm not saying it is easy by any means, but the atmosphere created by Sarah is truly pure energy and healing. I am grateful for the abundance of health and wellbeing Sarah has brought to my body and mind. Namaste soul sister xx

I have been joining Sarah’s yin yoga classes for over 2 years, absolutely fantastic. Has made such a difference to previous back pain and definitely more flexible and an added bonus of a smaller waistline, also very relaxing. She is so lovely and you can ask any questions, my week would not be the same without my yin class

Sarah is a wonderful yoga teacher and Thai Massage therapist. I always enjoy her classes - she creates such a caring and nurturing environment for her students and always willing to give advice when needed. I have just been on the Reiki 1 workshop with her and Angela Oakes. Both are fantastic practitioners and made the group feel at ease and free to share their experiences - I can't recommend Sarah enough!!!

I myself am a Reiki teacher and work with Sarah to hold space for those who wish to receive Reiki, participate in Reiki shares and learn Reiki for self healing and to give to others .She is so warm and friendly that as soon I am in her company I relax. Sarah is knowledgeable from a technical perspective, but more importantly she lives from years of experience in healing. Her treatments are so spacious and insightful, light and inspiring. Her manner is direct, practical (so many healers can be vague and airy fairy) whilst still maintain her connection to humanity and a higher reasoning. Her teaching style is well balanced and a joy to receive. Relaxed, informative and a real milestone experience people's journey in healing.Whether you're considering a treatment, joining in with the shares, or learning to share Reiki from your own hands. Sarah is a wonderful person to facilitate your journey.
