I was so nervous with this decision but Neal and George walked me through the process and explained every ridiculous question I had. It was difficult to say goodbye to my property that held so many memories but their experience and knowledge helped ease this process so much. I'm very impressed with Niel. And as my association with him went on, I realized he deserves the name Niel with the Deal! Niel made the liquidation of my home and my move much easier for me. Not only did he arrange a quick and easy sale, but he was also very helpful to me in clearing the house and executing my move. He and his wife are very caring and every time I thought I was encountering a hiccup; they came to me with a solution.
