How this business has such good reviews after my experience is shocking. I felt very confident in my choice to select them as the cleaners for 2 carpeted rooms upon my move in. I opted for the deep clean add on to ensure my satisfaction as one of the rooms is to be my baby’s room. The service was performed on a Monday and after 24 hours the carpet was still wet and had developed a mildew smell. I called the tech Isaac who confirmed that it was not normal for the carpets to still be wet and he would drop off fans that evening to speed up drying. Wednesday evening I confirmed that we would need to move forward with the deodorizing he suggested as the mildew smell was still present. He confirmed he would come by Thursday evening. Once Thursday evening came, he said he couldn’t make it and would be by in the morning. I advised that I would have movers coming but would work around him so I rescheduled my movers to the afternoon. By Friday morning at 10:30am I had to reach out to him to see what his ETA was and ask about the treatment drying times because I had movers coming and would have to occupy the carpeted areas. I was offered to have another visit time booked after already being extremely flexible with allowing 5 days for an incomplete service to be remedied while the home was unoccupied and empty. It was also offered for him to come that evening for an ozone treatment which would require my family to find somewhere to sleep for the evening. Isaac said “I was being unreasonable as he was offering solutions” but these were not solutions. He also said that he “got all the stains out and the carpets were clean”. Which wasn’t the concern, it was the order. But upon further inspection of the carpets, there were in fact still stains. It was very weird of him to provide me a phone number for customer service as they “offer 100% satisfaction guarantee” (direct words from his text) and then communicate to me that he was part owner and could help. While a partial refund was given, I feel that I deserved a full refund as my carpet is still stained and smells. Very unprofessional service and would not recommend.
