We had a macerating toilet replaced by Robert.Big friendly guy that knew immediately what was going on with our broken one . He ordered a part from the manufacturer that came a few days later. Unfortunately, the part the Manufacturer sent was defective and water leaked out of the bathroom into the next room. My wife was very upset. When we called the office, they quickly and efficiently set up a follow up house call from Robert. He returned the next day and had the manufacturer warranty the part and immediately send a replacement. In the meanwhile Robert came later that afternoon with machinery that removed all the water in the next room and cleaned the carpets that had been flooded!! We were VERY PLEASED about this. A few days later the part came in and Robert returned and installed it. Our bathroom toilet is working perfectly now.I give E & W maintenance a perfect score for their efficiency, service & professionalism.Robert is the Tech that made everything happen and I’ll recommend E&W and Robert every time I hear about someone needing Plumbing service.

This company is awesome! I called after noticing a water leak in my basement. Guess what? They were at my house within 30 minutes. The employees were very knowledgeable and let me know some preventive measures (John Wayne) inside joke. Give them a try. I took the old company out and added this company in my contacts! I will refer them to all I know. I’m very appreciative for the simple fact they arrived so quick. Oh, they even used their wet vac to get up the water. Very appreciative!

I’ve had Pro-Flo Plumbing at my home for several different things since I found out about them. They are very professional. They show up when they say they’re going to show up, if not before. You’d be surprised how rare that is these days. The technicians explain everything you need to know and give you options about taking care of the problem you’re facing. They won’t steer you towards doing the most expensive job. Pro-Flo has told me I can wait to do something at a later time, which I find refreshing. If you need a good, honest, knowledgeable plumber there’s no one better. I will only call Pro-Flo Plumbing from now on.
