I'm pleasantly pleased and satisfied with the new roof installed by Top Tier Exteriors. My process for selecting a contractor and product is more detailed than most. I wanted it done once, and I wanted it done right. To the best of my understanding, I believe TTE hit all the check boxes, and the Owens Corning product satisfied my requirements. My roof is fairly simple, but Elmer took the time to review my areas of concern and answered all my questions. I tend to get more involved with the project then I should, which probably can be annoying, but they were very cool about me looking over their shoulder while the work was happening. The TTE roofing crew were here climbing ladders at 7 a.m. and by noon, they were done, the area cleaned up, everything back to normal, and the debris hauled off. The roofing crew worked together like a well-oiled machine, and they used equipment that got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would recommend. See pictures attached.

Elmer and his crew are great! Had a leak in my roof and he came out to fix it and quoted me very well. He gets down to the problem and even came out to my house a few times to make sure the problem was fixed. Will be using Top Tier again!

Had a Complete Roof Tear-off / Installation.Elmer and his team are great!Texted me a few days before they would arrive around 7AM, and they arrived at that exact time.Elmer, executed everything we spoke about, and throughly explained the process.I will definitely recommend them / use them again in the future
