I knew I was interested in real estate and eventually wanted to go into it myself, and Josh's knowledge and passion gave me more interest myself. Each time we'd visit a house (which I also went to SO many houses and made a couple bids that I won and ended up not taking.... probably a real estate agent's nightmare but he never complained), he worked well with everyone he interacted with: professional, funny, relatable, and knowledgeable. On top of this, the Josh James Team all seem to have these skills across the board.
