I was very dubious when I heard about this program on the radio, but desperate to lose the weight I had accumulated since COVID and menopause. My first consult phone call was very informative, and the office visit provided me with some confidence. The cost got my attention, but was also very motivating to stay focused. Changing my mind set about food was critical to my success, but so was the bathroom scale. My coach followed my progress and offered suggestions. I finished phase 3 on Christmas with a 25 pound loss. I have lost an additional 5 pounds following maintenance and continue to enjoy an occasional “night out” dinner. I suppose if I am being honest, that I didn’t acknowledge how truly unhappy my weight had made me. I just wanted to fit back into my clothes. But the most amazing thing happened: I feel genuinely happy for the first time in years. This program sounds too good to be true, but it is amazing. Thank you!

This place is fantastic. I have steadily been loosing at least a lb a day. Now when it comes to the office staff, they are the best. Especially Lissette. Every time I come into the office for my body contouring she is just wonderful. Very pleasant to be around, from start to finish. If you are trying to loose some weight, I would 100% recommend trying Reno Weight Loss. The office is extremely clean and the ambience in this place fantastic.

I am super excited to begin this journey. Nicole was so helpful with answering my question during my consultation and made me feel completely at ease with joining the program as I deal with thyroid and hormonal issues. She reassured me how this was created for folks like me. At this point, I was all in. Went down to pick up my kit and met Lizette. She was so down to earth, real and kind. Gave me more information about the body contouring part of things and walked me through getting started. Thank you ladies! I can't wait to see how beneficial this will be to my overall health!
