Started with a $99 duct cleaning service.The guy ended up selling me to a $169 dollar. I’m OK with that.As his partner was finishing up behind my dryer the other guy was trying to sell me everything but the kitchen. He started at around $1200. I said no way. He went to $950, then $750 , then $450.As I was encouraging him to leave (it was difficult), his partner must have dumped all the debris that he took out out the ducts behind my dryer. When I went to clean up the laundry room today ( 6 months later, there was enough debris for 6 years! Stay away from these guys. They even came in an SUV with a wet/dry vac and a couple spin brushes on a drill. Less

I’ve never wrote a bad review in my life. Here’s my experience: they told me I had a plugged dryer vent and it needed to be cleaned. They quoted 500$ because they needed to “unplug” it and then clean it. I told them no that was too expensive. Tech said he would make a call to lower price and give me a better deal if I gave 5 star review. I’m pro Small business so I agreed and said yes. He worked on it for 10 mins said it was good to go and left. He left my dryer away from the wall with lent sitting on the ground. I cleaned that up and tried my dryer. It worked worse than when he came. It went from drying decent to not drying at all. I called back the next day explained this, and the gentleman was super rude and told me he would get back to me by end of day.. no response. I called every day for 4 days straight, twice a day. No one answered and I just got their AI voice bot. Super frustrated, I got a sewer camera to see if it really was them who made it worse and to rule out my dryer being broke. I ran the camera in the vent, and not only was the vent not cleaned, but there was a plug made. I will attach the photos from my sewer camera. So not only did I get charged 450$ (which is WAY beyond market price for dryer vent cleaning), they left a mess in my kitchen, never responded to me after days of calling, and didn’t even fix the problem, in fact made it worse. Again I have never wrote a bad review, huge proponent of small businesses. I would never recommend these people to anyone ever. And I hope this saves someone in the future from getting scammed. Look elsewhere. if you ever get Leo as a tech just say no right away. Less

I had my dryer vent cleaned by David yesterday. It badly needed it, and I believe he did a competent job. However, $600 seems a bit over the top expensive for 45 minutes of work. Beware! Less

Leo was a great fireplace technician coming from a place of not knowing anything about chimneys or fireplaces. He had great recommendations on how to make the fireplace easier to use, safer, pigeon free, and also look better. Leo was very patient with me as I had many questions as I am a first time homebuyer.
