Shamil and his boys arrived on time and work was so smooth, professional and respectfully friendly. The new ducted heating and cooling system was installed, meeting all criteria and with a detailed explanation, while the old system was removed and cleared out instantly with much attention to being neat and tidy. Once all was installed we were walked through the system like a pro and we felt fully confident with the new system that is up and running really well.

I had a fantastic experience with Custom Heating and Cooling. They installed my ducted heating and cooling system, and although the electrician was delayed through no fault of their own, Shamil and team organized everything and stayed committed until the entire job was completed. They then took the time to assist me with the system and clearly explain how everything operated. The whole team was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.Everything was completed so neatly and to a very high standard.I was so impressed with their work that I would also like them to replace my hot-water system. I am extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Custom Heating and Cooling.Thank you once again. :)Manjeet (Kiran)

We had our ducted split system installed by Custom Heating & Cooling. They were on time, friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Shamil even waited around until the electrician finished so he could set the app up on my phone. Highly recommend. 5 stars! Thanks. Shamil. 👍🏻

Shamil from Custom Heating & Cooling recently completed our changeover from gas ducted heating and evaporative cooling to a Daikin reverse cycle system, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to come out for an initial site inspection and walked us through a few options without any pressure. He's a really down to earth guy and easy to deal with. Being a licensed plumber also meant we had more flexibility with relocating the outdoor unit to some trickier areas, although we ended up finding a great spot that worked well.On installation day, Shamil and his team of four were professional, efficient, and respectful of the house. They cleaned up after themselves, and the quality of workmanship really stood out. Everything was done neatly, the room sensors were perfectly aligned, and all the external wiring and finishes were capped off cleanly and looked very tidy. It's obvious they take pride in their work. The system has now been running really well for almost a month, and we've been very happy with its performance. Pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of work delivered.Couldn't recommend Shamil and the team highly enough. Thanks again for a fantastic job!

Shamil and his team did an amazing job decommissioning our old gas heater and replacing with a new heating and cooling system.Shamil managed to get the job done right before the summer heatwave, and ensured all the rebates were applicable. Couldn’t fault Shamil and his team!

After months of research and obtaining multiple quotes, I chose Shamil and his team. One of the main reasons was that he is not a subcontractor, there is no call centre involved, and he doesn't rely on aggressive Facebook advertising campaigns. What you get is a dedicated, hands-on team that genuinely cares about the quality of their work.Shamil and his crew are young, energetic, and highly professional. They removed the old ducted system completely, opened the roof space, replaced all the existing ductwork, and installed a new 18kW Hisense system in less than eight hours. Inside the house, they fitted new ceiling vents and ensured everything was installed to a very high standard. What impressed me most was how clean and organised they were throughout the entire process. At the end of the day, they left the house spotless, as if they had never been there.I am extremely happy with the result and would highly recommend Shamil and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and hardworking air conditioning company. Thank you for an outstanding job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
