Having a holistic and wellness pet store close to home has been a true gem. Cathy has been a wealth of knowledge in navigating some of Jasper's issues and offers a tremendous assortment of products or is happy to order it for you. After getting diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, I went right to Cats Kingdom because I knew Cathy has products that could help my sweet boy. Jasper recently passed in April at the age of 16 years, I only wish I had started Jasper early on in his life on the right wellness products and quality cat food. I'm thankful to have this store in our area and I suggest all cat owners to visit.

Cathy, the owner of Cats Kingdom truly cares about the health and wellness of your cat or dog. If you fur baby is not 100%, stop by and tell Cathy about what's going on. She has the knowledge and the products to get your fur feeling and acting normal again.Our dogs were getting sick with diarrhea every other week and just couldn't figure it. We stopped in to Cats Kingdom and explained to Cathy what was going on. She asked what we were feeding them. We told her kibble and fresh chicken. She said it was the chicken and the kibble (also containing chicken) making them sick and that we needed to stop feeding it to them. She ordered us a chicken free kibble and some canned food as well. Since switching to this new diet our fur babies have not had any problems with diarrhea. They love the food and are much happier.

This place and staff is hands down wonderful. I have had issues with my dog for a few years. Multiple vets bills etc. and Kathy was the 1st person to bring up IBD to me and after a really rough bout a couple days later he was diagnosed with IBD at the ER vet in Manchester which they were also amazing.. she and her staff are very knowledgeable, spend time with you and oh so very kind.. if I could give 100 stars I would.. thank you so very much for all you do for our fur babies 💕🐾🐶

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. It’s become my go-to place for cat supplies, and I get the majority of my cat food here now.First off, the value is fantastic. The prices are fair, the selection is excellent, and they carry quality products you don’t always see in big box stores. It’s one of those places where you feel like you’re actually getting good advice and good products rather than just grabbing something off a shelf.The service is consistently great. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly care about animals. Every time I’ve gone in, they’ve been happy to answer questions and help me find exactly what I need.And the shop cats deserve their own mention — absolute professionals. Trying to be the best pet owner to my cats is hard in today’s world of misinformation and also with the limited information I can find. Walking into Cats Kingdom I immediately felt welcomed and Cathy was able to share with me her years of experience and recommendations. I was able to ask questions I have had on proper nutrition recommendations for my specific cats and their health and circumstances, which she was able to immediately give me and then helped me find items to try and also educated me with the “why” behind them which is invaluable information in my opinion. I never once felt like my questions were silly and also felt that I was able to understand so much more in the short 30 minutes I was there vs my own research the last month! Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking to significantly help improve their pets quality of life! (Yes they have some dog products too!)

You can tell the owners really love cats, and that's so important! Friendly owner and two cute kitties in the store.I also got to see a new toy being tested live- and my cats approve of Augustus' recommendation. I even got a little playing out of shy Moo.Having never been to a cat-centric pet store before, I was very happy to see the obvious passion for felines- and I can gladly say I will be returning to purchase (and cat watch!) again.

What can I say? I have been shopping at Cats Kingdom for many years. I employ the principles of holistic health and nutrition with my own animals. Sometimes it can be difficult to find what I need, particularly as it relates to food formulations. I came across the store while I was online looking for a particular formulation of food that I could get locally for one of my cats who had been in remission for kidney disease. Cathy's store was the only place that had the food I was looking for in the fat/protein/phosphorous ratio I was looking for that wasn't a prescription diet. We got into a very long conversation about holistic health and its effect on the body's systems. Along with the food, and some other supplementation, my cat enjoyed a full life for many more years until the ripe age of 20. I have another cat with a health condition that needs to be closely monitored. He is otherwise healthy, but if a secondary condition pops up that I can take care of at home, Cats Kingdom is usually my first stop to see if Cathy has what I need. Cathy's knowledge of food, different diets and supplements is superior. You might pay more for certain foods or diet types, but the healing power of food and certain supplements is worth every penny. If there's something you're looking for that she doesn't have, all you have to do is ask! She has something for cats at all life stages, and carries good quality products to help your cat with some of the most common ailments cats experience. I recently saw she's also got some stuff for dogs, too! Cathy, I look forward to many more years of shopping, cat stories, and conversations about holistic health for our feline friends!

Cathy is a cat expert! My husband and I have been coming here since she first opened about 12 years now. The quality of food she carries along with her knowledge has kept us as loyal customers. She really loves what she does and you can tell by the amount of research she does on the products she carries! My daughter and I were in the area and happened to see the store which caught our eye. We decided to turn around and go check it out. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed. It was an experience like no other. We’ve been in many pet stores and usually the store employees don’t acknowledge your presence. This was the opposite. The owner welcomed us and educated us on the best products catered to the unique needs of our cats. She also insisted we take two cans of food to try for free. I felt like it wasn’t just going to a store to buy food. It was a meaningful conversation with someone who clearly is an expert in cat health and passionate about the best care for cats. I’m so glad we turned around to go in. We got an education and lots of new foods to try that are much healthier options for our cats. We also got something to help our extremely anxious cat. I left that store feeling so good about my purchases and the whole experience. We will definitely return and would recommend the store for anyone who wants to keep their cats healthy and happy. It’s also nice to support a local business rather than big chains.

Cathy is OUTSTANDING! I recently got my dream cat and I wanted to start him off the best I could with the proper diet, treats, water and toys galore. I first went in feeling totally overwhelmed but with Cathy’s help I feel like a catmom! Cathy’s knowledge is bar-none. My cat is happy and growing and we are learning what he likes best. Place is so cool the set up and they have two kitties that are at the shop. I did try to bring my kitty in as I normally do as a treat at other pet stores however the owner wasn't there that day and I did not realize they already had cats hanging out so total respect for the business and the person volunteering as she was a little worried about allowing another cat in without the owner. I informed her i understood and will come back without the furball and I did and got a bunch of fun stuff you don't see at other pet stores.I do have a cat back pack and stroller just didn't know of the cats as I usually use the stroller or carriages in the storesIf you have cats a must drop in and check it our 😁

Love Cats Kingdom! I’ve been shopping there for almost 5 years. The owner Cathy is a wealth of knowledge. This past year our Mufasa got pancreatitis and she guided me in what food changes we needed and the use of liver tonic. I swear by the liver tonic and has helped him tremendously.
