I recently scheduled an appointment at the nearest IV hydration center, as I’ve been needing it for a while due to dehydration. I realized when I arrived that I had actually visited this location a while ago. When I booked online, there was no indication of price in any of the 3 confirmation messages. So I called to see what the price would be. I was told it would be $85. No one said this was because they were assuming I had never been there and that if I wasn’t a 1st time customer it would be a different price. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me the price would be $100 instead of $85, and the staff had a noticeably dismissive attitude. Despite the mistake on their end, they wouldn’t honor the quoted price and treated me with unnecessary rudeness. Frustrated, I ultimately chose to leave rather than pay more for a service where I felt disrespected. It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially as it seemed like a simple error on their part. UPDATE: nothing that I stated is not honest. You never told me the price was $85 IF I was a 1st time customer. It was simply stated it was $85. Your front desk staff was rude and condescending. That is why I left. Your prices are above other places nearby and when I was there the 1st time, when this place first opened, the staff members who started my IV, didn’t know what she was doing. So I am glad I left and went somewhere that had better prices and actually knows how to treat customers. Best of luck to you! Less
