Cannot recommend enough! We had a sewer backup occur on Monday evening, and Caleb and Gregory were here by 10am the next morning. They worked diligently to find the cause of the issue, answered all of our questions, and had the problem fixed in an hour. Prices were reasonable and communicated clearly before any work was completed.

Talked to Shadd on 08/31/26 and after explaining my problem, he set up an appointment for 10 am -noon on 09/02/26. NEVER showed up or called to explain why. I thought he might call today, (9/03) but still no contact. In my opinion....this is NOT how you operate a business. I'm now beginning to think that maybe family or friends are giving them their high reviews.UPDATE: In regards to Shadd's "brief" response.....Shadd call this morning, (09/04/26) highly upset about my review, saying his guy tried calling me three times. I explained that I never received his calls and offered to show him my incoming call log for that day. When I told him I attempted to call his cell at 1:17 pm to see why they were a no-show and found that his mailbox was full, he told me that I should have called the office number instead. REALLY!! He's the one who scheduled me. I even checked my phone to see if any phone numbers had been block by accident. No numbers were blocked on 09/02/26. Not only that, his guy Ed, never left a message, saying he was trying to contact me. I wonder why. Could it be his man, Ed, never called the correct number. I think so, but Shadd was too busy yelling at me to admit that might have occurred.Apparently, this was simply a case of miscommunication, but instead his focus was only on my review. To me, Shadd could have been more professional in his handling of the situation........ But...In the end, he simply told me to never contact his business again.... VERY PROFESSIONAL, Shadd!. Don't worry about that. I'll contact someone who is much more interested in having my business and appreciates it.Shadd, I truly hope you learn how to positively express yourself to your customers... even in difficult situations.That being said.... I always try to do business with local establishments.

I honestly don't know where to begin. From the first visit out to my house they were great people. They weren't the type of people that just says, "this is your problem, this is the cost". If I had questions, they answered them without hesitation and without seeming annoyed. They were patient with me when it came to getting the money together and made me feel like a priority when I said we were ready to have the work done. Of course we are gonna need work done in the future and they will DEFINITELY be the ones that I contact when that time comes. Really couldn't ask for a better group to revisit my house for future work. And even though the repairs we had done were over $4k, it was well within reasonable bounds considering the work that went into the repair. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Do not call anyone else for your plumbing needs. A clog turned into a major repair because the iron stack was cracked and crumbling. These guys were awesome, responding quickly and doing a very difficult job extraordinarily well. Caleb and Gregory were polite and efficient.I have to add the project got worse and everyone at the company was amazing to work with, helping me solve a very expensive problem affordably!

It was a Saturday night and I knew I needed emergency help with the main sewer line. I had called everywhere trying to get someone out to assess the situation and confirm what I had thought was the issue, fix it but still working with what I had financially. I called and talked to Shadd, he said he could be out the next morning at 8am, he heard the hesitation in my voice because I not only had to work the next day, my issue was beyond waiting any longer. He asked specifically what’s going on and he then knew this needed done now. He asked if he could call me back in a few while he got ahold of another tech to help out. Within 10 min he called me back and said they’d be there within the hour. Him and another gentleman came out, 8:30pm on a Saturday night. They were so friendly, considerate, and honestly it felt like I had known them both forever. As I suspected, the main sewer line needed cleaned out. They fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves and I cannot be anymore grateful that they dropped whatever they had planned for a typical Saturday night and came to help me and my daughters out. Will absolutely be recommending this company!! Thank you guys again!!!
