Do not call anyone else for your plumbing needs. A clog turned into a major repair because the iron stack was cracked and crumbling. These guys were awesome, responding quickly and doing a very difficult job extraordinarily well. Caleb and Gregory were polite and efficient.I have to add the project got worse and everyone at the company was amazing to work with, helping me solve a very expensive problem affordably!

It was a Saturday night and I knew I needed emergency help with the main sewer line. I had called everywhere trying to get someone out to assess the situation and confirm what I had thought was the issue, fix it but still working with what I had financially. I called and talked to Shadd, he said he could be out the next morning at 8am, he heard the hesitation in my voice because I not only had to work the next day, my issue was beyond waiting any longer. He asked specifically what’s going on and he then knew this needed done now. He asked if he could call me back in a few while he got ahold of another tech to help out. Within 10 min he called me back and said they’d be there within the hour. Him and another gentleman came out, 8:30pm on a Saturday night. They were so friendly, considerate, and honestly it felt like I had known them both forever. As I suspected, the main sewer line needed cleaned out. They fixed the issue, cleaned up after themselves and I cannot be anymore grateful that they dropped whatever they had planned for a typical Saturday night and came to help me and my daughters out. Will absolutely be recommending this company!! Thank you guys again!!!

The work done was good but over priced. I fouled up and paid for it! I explained what needed to be done to a nice young man. The young man did not communicate well to his boss. I was told a price and verbally agreed to the job. There was no written estimate given until I asked about them completing the job. Then I find out they have no intention of filling in a ditch that was a main reason I hired them. I should have known and so should you to never agree to anything until you see it in writing. Though I have asked repeatedly for a receipt and contract now I haven't received one. I hate to be so negative but I tried to work all this out with the owner to no avail. He only offered to send equipment out to fill ditch for a new discount price. Never again!
