They identified the issue quickly and suggested hydro cleaning, which quickly cleaned out the drain. They also made me aware of the condition of the drain pipes. I had to call/ text the owner my self to finally get an appointment that was two weeks out. On the day of said appointment the owner Shadd wouldn’t answer my phone calls or texts but finally my wife got through. He obviously forgot about the appointment and didn’t put us on the books, after I spent over a 1000 dollars to have no answer, Shadd showed up to my house an hour before I got off work to walk around for 15 mins not looking at the problem it’s self or trying to Diagnose the problem himself like promised. He told my wife he would write an estimate up for god only knows what cause they never found the problem to begin with. Shadd is a poor excuse of a business owner and it’s a shame the only outlet is to write a bad review. Out a $1000 bucks and still no answers. We got multiple quotes costing in the $40,000 range and taking 1-2 weeks to jack hammer the concrete pad in the garage to the back of the house and 15 feet of driveway, dig up the old line and replace it, and fix the concr... These gentlemen were able camera the line, see exactly what was going on, install a cure-in-place sleeve inside the problem line, and cut out all of the junctions in a day and a half for considerably less than half of digging it up and replacing it. Their fix has worked flawlessly and we haven't had a problem since. If you think your repair is going to require excavators and jack hammers, it's worth calling these guys. You might have another better option. Less

While the line was not easy to access the guys never complained and were quick and efficient. They unclogged the issue within an hour and had my house flowing again. They had uncovered old broken terracotta piping around my house that was causing the drainage issue. I initially panicked because the cost and hassle of tearing up my newly purchased property after the cost of moving was a headache I wasn’t ready for. Not only was the team back to repair my line and finished in less than a week of my initial call, but they used a new lining technology that cost me half the price , didn’t ruin my yard or driveway and had a same as cash payment plan offering that allowed me to afford this unexpected issue. Toilet was unseated to run the camera down the sewer pipe and high pressure water jet used. Bathroom sink still clogged - did not take the elbow off, would not run a snake cause they didn't have one. Camera showed some chipped terra cotta pipe - so I should invest in the pipe liner that they specialize in. They did not replace or install any new parts. Dirty fingerprints on both sinks, bathtub, door, and floor had to be mopped. Issues: Did not show up when scheduled. 2 hrs after receiving enroute text message, I called the office and they contacted someone. Said truck broke down and they would not come until next day. Don't know when they would have told me that no one was coming if I hadn't called. When I made the appointment, they did not tell me it would be $725 just to show up with water pressure (free camera), and ALL other work would be extra charge. Price is not published on the web site. Don't know prices for anything else. Not sure how that works. One of the crew kindly told me the $725 price after they checked some things, hooked up water hose, and brought camera equipment into bathroom (toilet may already have been off). Crew came on Friday and said they would be back on Monday to snake the bathroom sink and replace something under the kitchen sink that was fragile. On Monday, I called the office and talked to Shadd Matthews to find out what time they would arrive. Shadd does not understand customer service and may need some plumbing experience. He said no one was scheduled to come on Monday. His guys tell people things that they are not scheduled for. He said his crew was not trained to use a snake; that was too much liability; and snakes were not kept on the trucks. Crew is not trained to give estimates either. Wanted to me to sign a liability waiver if he sent a guy back to use a snake and the "plumber" broke the pipe. The crew took pictures of the bathroom sink that was still clogged. They are attached. Shadd said they had to tear out the wall and completely replace all the plumbing down to the basement to fix the clog. No one ever checked the trap (or anything else).
