Edit: after submitting the review the company and Shadd reached out to get us on the schedule. While it can be somewhat difficult to reach Shadd as a returning customer, once you’ve been able to get hold of him he really works with you to get the work done. And it was my misunderstanding of the inspection, they do a 180 day scoping of the pipe after relining it.Shadd and his team at Tri-County Drain/Sewer Daddy were very knowledgeable. We had been looking to line an older terracotta sewage pipe and Shadd got us on the schedule quickly and at a good price. His techs were nice and completed the work in a timely manner.The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because communication doesn’t seem to be a strong point with this company. The techs got to work quickly the 2 1/2 days they were here but only spoke once on the first day to one of us to say they had arrived and what they were going to do that first day. The last half day the techs arrived on time and cleaned up the basement floor without saying a word.Also along the lines of communication…we got on the schedule for the initial scoping of the pipe and installation of the lining very quickly. However, it took weeks to receive the warranty paperwork but never received the original scope video and progress photos of the installation. And it is taking weeks to get on the schedule for the 110 day inspection of the lining after it was installed. Once on the schedule they do great though.

Cannot recommend Shadd and his crew enough; they are so easy to work with. Very accomodating for everyday and emergent situations, even coming out over the holidays to help us. They work so quickly and efficiently, and are all so friendly and helpful. Also handle the cleanup after the job is done. HIGHLY recommend them for all your plumbing needs! 11/10 service!

With Tri-County, we got a fair price and even better service after a horrible day dealing with her septic pipe thank you again Tyler and Caleb for your help and positivity in one of the worst days in this house.

Had basement sewer odor affecting the house. Tyler and Caleb scoped the line. Determined it was the old floor drain that had cracked. The scope showed the p-trap for the line was OK, along with the location of the line. They gave me all the answers I was looking for.
