Dr. Bazard was very thorough, did not rush the consultation and provided specific instructions in writing for follow up exercises. Office staff is helpful, friendly and professional. I would recommend this practice to anyone with a sports injury.

I took my ten year old daughter who had a stroke prior to birth to see Dr. Bazard. He explained everything in terms that she could understand; he engaged her in the conversation. After the visit she was eagered to eat more healthy meals. I think this is the best way to deal with weightloss and muscle strengthening is to have a doctor who specializes in sports medicine to help us in this lifestyle changes of dieting and exercising.

Dr. Bazard is not only very knowledgeable about human physiology (especially when considering sports training and injuries) but he also explains things carefully and in a way that is easy to understand. His attention to detail and ability to focus on individual treatment and advice is excellent. I have worked with Dr. Bazard for almost a year now and he has helped me with both injury rehabilitation and general health improvement. I recommend him highly.

I joined Empire Fitness almost about a month ago for strength and endurance. It’s a safe place, the staff are welcoming, calm towards the clients and overall they are the best at what they do. Also the gym has its own supply of drinks for recovery or to help with muscle gain. Furthermore, My trainer Dr. Bazard is an excellent trainer/doctor, he is patient but he also gets his point across while doing so. In summation, he explains the workout thoroughly and makes it more understandable for people who would’ve been beginners like me.

A few years back I suffered from pain in my left knee. Many doctors were able to diagnose the problem. I went to Dr. Bazzard and recommended that I get an MRI on my left knee. Using the information from the MRI he was able to easily diagnose that my quads and hamstrings were under developed. In order to get rid of my knee pain he gave me several exercises to perform for 5 weeks. I'm happy to say that today I no longer have knee pains and left leg is stronger than my right.

I've been enrolled into Dr. Bazard's Strength & Nutrition program for over a year. I'm 44yrs old, and when I came to Dr. Bazard, I had issues with pain in both knees, and a bad posture. Today, not only are both my knees pain free, but my posture has improved significantly. This is the strongest I've felt in many, many years.Dr. Bazard comes with my highest recommendation!
