Bought some at the Premiere Gun Show here in Fort Worth last weekend. I purchased the Habanero and Jalapeño Dry Sausage links. My only complaint is that I wish that the Habanero was more spicy, but it had a nice flavor. Here’s to hoping they will come out with a Ghost Pepper Dry Sausage too. I had no idea that they were located 4 miles away from my mother’s house, I’ll have to stop by next time I’m in town

Bought 3 pounds of the smoked of the jalapeño and cheese summer sausage and its amazing...me and my son used original townhouse crackers with it and we killed a pound of it very quickly...It has a very good smokey flavor and jalapeño flavor really stands out. We bought this at the San Angelo Gun and Knife Show...and are going back tomorrow to stock up on some more....see yall tomorrow!!!

I picked up the Smoked Pepper Jack, the Jalapeno Summer Sausage and the Dry Sausage while at a market in Gruene. All 3 were outstanding. Will for sure buy again!

Great fellah. Bought some meat, ate a few bites, and then resealed my bag. It's about a month later now and I'm still a big fan of this delicious jerkey. The Habenero is nice and spicy, but if he offered a hotter flavor, I would be an even bigger fan! Chopped bucksticks ftw. I really appreciate your real smoke on the jerky!

Ran into their booth at a gunshow and wow the dry sausage is amazing! Tried it as we were leaving the parking lot and had to repark, go back inside and get another 2! Hope you guys keep that flavor in production 🙏

Great service !! Superb product super amazing tasting smoked cheese and jerky !! Will definitely be coming back to purchase more !!! Amazing product super smoky!! Located in the rear set of buildings towards the left if coming in from the street I didn’t get the fella’s name but great job on the smoking !!! Very phenomenal work a true art form !

I went to the mesquite gun show and tried the pepper jack cheese , it was delicious! I bought 1 pack . I Wish I had bought more !!!!
