We have been truly blessed to have worked with Leann. Prior to our initial meeting, I sent Leann a few questions that I wanted us to discuss when we met. Well, Leann exceeded our expectations in the first meeting and kept on exceeding them. She had charts, comparable stats, and data that supported her thoughts. She was beyond prepared, and truthfully, we knew from our first conversation that she was the person we wanted to sell our home.
Leann is all about leadership and service. She answered every text promptly and helped us at every stage. We had to sell our house virtually, and were in another country during the sale. This meant that we had people coming and going from our house and Leann needed to meet all of them, every time. She was a true star, and was always on time, and so helpful. In our absence, Leann even swept the entire house herself during the final days. She was beyond helpful and we could not have moved out our contents and sold our house without Leann’s help. Leann even used her personal contacts to help us sell our car!
Most importantly, we value her character. She is a leader in her industry, and an extremely kind and gracious person. She has a great laugh, and was so empathic regarding our situation. Leann is a treasure and we give her the highest recommendation to others.
In closing, we should also mention Leann sold our house in 2 hours, with 5 offers, and for over the price we were asking – no house in our neighborhood had ever sold for this price…all due to Leann’s approach and the tactics she used.
