I booked Royal Ride for a round-trip ride from North Fulton to downtown Atlanta for my women's group. Our driver, Mr. Tim, was very courteous. He arrived on time and got us to our destination safely and ahead of schedule. After our event, he was waiting for us exactly where he said he would be. He treated us kindly. I highly recommend!

LISTEN!! Unmatched service and care of my loved one (Father) that I have never experienced. I called at almost 9pm on a Tuesday Night, needing a 6am pick up, and they made it happen!! Professional, caring, and punctual. Communication was AMAZING!! Gave me 100% peace of mind during his transport. I don't usually post reviews, etc... but I HAD to! I booked with Ms. Queen Rhodes on a Friday. She called me back immediately. Her customer service is impeccable. I needed transportation for my senior mom and she took such great care of her.
