LISTEN!! Unmatched service and care of my loved one (Father) that I have never experienced. I called at almost 9pm on a Tuesday Night, needing a 6am pick up, and they made it happen!! Professional, caring, and punctual. Communication was AMAZING!! Gave me 100% peace of mind during his transport. I don't usually post reviews, etc... but I HAD to! I booked with Ms. Queen Rhodes on a Friday. She called me back immediately. Her customer service is impeccable. I needed transportation for my senior mom and she took such great care of her.
