Absolutely lovely experience from the first inquiry to the delivery. I really liked the albie bed base design promoted on their website but I needed alterations to the height to make it low profile for my arthritic dog. Laura was helpful and fast in responses and from the moment I booked to delivery, the lead time was quick and delivery just before Christmas, blessing! The wood is gorgeous, exactly what I wanted and matches perfectly to my bed side tables & headboard (not included). Jarryn was lovely and super friendly upon delivery and set the bed up ready to go, he even took the time to look at another inquiry I had for a piece of furniture. I cannot recommend enough, will definitely use JR again when the calling comes for furniture. Would rate more stars if I could! 10/10 Thank you Team!

JR Bespoke did an absolutely wonderful job with our bed! We searched for months to find a bed that we liked and it wasn't until we came across JR Bespoke that we finally fell in love with something. We initially loved the Vonu Bed with its extended bedhead but we also liked the Floating Bed with its platform edge. When we asked if we could do a combination of both, Laura was very quick to reply in the affirmative and clarify exactly what aspects we wanted.Throughout the process, Laura was always very prompt to reply and thorough in checking measurements and details so that we 100% knew what we were getting.Living in NSW, we had the bed shipped interstate and everything was extremely smooth and easy. The bed was simple to put together and it turned out to be as beautiful as what we imagined. We couldn't be happier!!

We have bought multiple items from the team at JR Bespoke. Their skills are unsurpassed, great customer service, and prompt delivery. All pieces are accompanied with idiot proof care instructions 😜 We have bought a coffee table, a dining table, and intend to purchase more on our next refresh. Blackbutt is our favourite, except when cleaning as these prices weigh a lot as you would expect. Forget buying cheap furniture, J R Bespoke is Buy It For Life, you will never see this furniture on EBay, once bought they become family heirlooms.

These guys are great. The workmanship is fantastic and they work hard to understand what you want from the furniture. Could not recommend JR Bespoke Designs more highly.UPDATE: We were so happy with our bedroom units we had the team do a few more item. We had the Arlo entertainment unit customized into a buffet with middle cupboards. We also had an entertainment unit with a matching small coffee table made, which match the bedroom units.Everything looks great and fits with the style of the house.
