I just cannot leave a positive review of this Company. The technician I had (Austin) was great, but the overall price structure cannot be justified. I am a reasonable person who understands these companies need to make money, but charging $2,300 to swap out a blower motor that takes less than an hour of labor is just absurd.
The part was $1,400 which is the same as I was quoted at another place a few weeks ago, so adding $900 on top of that is just maddening. I will not use again based on this experience. Considering that I paid $1,400 a little over two years ago for the same job on my other unit, there is no justification for this other than their business model is not affordable for their customers.
The only reason we decided to do it was because the weather is going to be miserably cold the next several days and chose to be comfortable above being cost effective.
