They squeezed us in last minute because we were already on a cross country road trip when we encountered severe engine troubles. These guys did complete diagnostics and even ran an additional overnight fuel injector test all for less than what most chains charge for standard diagnostics. They let us leave the car at their shop while we went along our road trip in a rental, and when we picked up the car they referred us to the dealership because it would be more cost effective and reliable for this specific repair. They get a lot of credit from me for their courtesy, thoroughness, and honesty.

The employees at Summit Integrity in Lee's Summit we're very helpful very knowledgeable. The gentleman knew exactly what was wrong with my 2011 Mazda 3 S Series 6 Speed within 3 minutes just by driving it around the parking lot. I took it to another place and they told me it was my transmission, I didn't want to believe that so I took it to Summit integrity and was told it was my clutch, he was correct, I highly recommend them to any and everybody

If I was good at poetry, I’d write these people a poem to show my gratitude, but I’m not, so here we are writing a normal 5 star review.To paraphrase Nacho Libre, “Summit Integrity is really good. It’s the beeeeeeest. I love it.”I dropped my car off to have them take a look at some indicators popping up on my car. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a warm smile from Kate. I told her what was going on with my car and she got me checked in. I stayed in the lobby to get some work done and ya’ll. In the hour and a half I was there I witnessed the perfect combination of knowledge, kindness, and directness from Kate and the other mechanics there. Whether it was on the phone or with a customer in person, I could tell Summit Integrity actually cares about their customers and refuses to take advantage of them. And they know their stuff, too. In talking with Kate I learned that she’s literally redoing her engine as a hobby for one of her cars. Apparently she took her engine out, did some magic stuff to it, and is now putting it back in. I only know car basics, so I probably butchered what she’s actually doing to her engine, but anyone who can do that I trust to work on my car.If you’re looking for a place to go that won’t take advantage of you, that’s fair, and that actually cares about the customers, go here. I’ve talked with some of my friends who are gals and they’ll tell me they’re really worried about being taken advantage of at car places. I’d recommend this place for all of them because Kate really brings the knowledge and kindness minus the “Yeah, I’M A MAN. I know about cars and you don’t. This is a MAN’S job” energy.10/5 stars.
