Ellen was extremely rude since I got on a call with her. She can’t understand it takes time for me to figure my options while first time browsing their website and while talking to her. In middle of the call, she hang up on me, then pretended the call dropped. Yeah, she dropped the call.She was impatient, has an inflexible mind and was condescending on the phone. She kept jumping from one topic to another and would not be humble enough to listen to clients' needs. Apparently she resented someone calling her instead of booking directly on the website.Worst customer service.Stay away from this business.

West GA Inflatables and Events was fantastic! I rented a slip n slide for my daughter's birthday and all the kiddos had a blast on it! Set up and delivery came early - Justin and Logan were efficient, friendly, and just awesome. Any questions I had throughout the process, from booking to delivery to pickup, they answered with patience and as quickly as possible. We really enjoyed the slip n slide and I'm so glad we were able to rent from this company!

Used them for my daughter’s birthday party. They had a fantastic selection of bouncy houses and other fun party accessories. Very easy to book. The process was smooth and easy. The day of the party they showed up on time had no problems getting the inflatable up and running, and then came back later after the party is finished to pick up. Would definitely recommend, and we’ll plan on using them again in the future! Thank you again!

I have used this company, I think about four times now. With work and my kids birthday parties. We have never had a negative experience. It has always been positive; on time and set up nicely! The owner even gave her a birthday card with a crisp two dollar bill in it! She was so excited!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. West Ga inflatables came and set up the slide early due to them being so busy. No extra charge to us. Left a sweet card and $2 bill for the birthday boy. Set up in the pouring rain, and we didn’t have to do anything at pick up. The drained, deflated and cleaned. Great price points as well. Will definitely us them again. Communication was great start to finish.

We rented the axe throwing blowup and the basketball blowup for our VBS July 15 and 16th. Our kids AND adults ALL loved them . It definitely added fun for our outdoor activities .
