Just know that if you choose this practice for TMJ treatment you will have to pay $134 to find out how much they charge per unit of botox.Edit to respond to your reply: I’m not sure why you mentioned med spa practices, but as a professional in your field I would urge you to break the stigma towards medical Botox treatments and push back against the singular association of Botox as an aesthetic-only treatment. Yes, it is only currently FDA cleared for aesthetic use, however as a practicing treatment provider you should be familiar with the immense pain relief that individuals with TMJ/migraines can receive from masseter Botox treatments. No one seeking Botox therapy for pain would ever be going to a med spa. They led my wife to believe that they accepted our insurance, when in fact, they do not accept ANY insurance - I am not sure why this was not something that was clearly communicated before or during her visit (or when she called prior to the visit and asked them directly). My wife tried to schedule a simple cleaning, but they (like many dentists nowadays, as a ploy to collect more fees and copays) are saying that they "don't do cleanings until they have held an initial consultation" - despite the ADA's blanket policy that everyone needs a teeth-cleaning every 6 months. My wife asked how much the various things they were trying to upsell her on would cost, but they kept insisting that they wouldn't know "until it was submitted to insurance." At the end of the visit, we were on the hook for $400, and my wife hadn't even had her teeth cleaned.Make sure you REALLY understand your insurance coverages so that you know what is or isn't covered, and insist to know what costs and fees will be before you let them do anything. I'm sure they are perfectly good dentists, but they are purposefully vague and know how to utilize the already difficult-to-navigate healthcare system to their benefit. Caveat emptor. Less

I love love love this place! I've been going to the dentist for 28 plus years and I have never had such a great experience in the dentist office. I had never had any dentist hygienist clean my teeth and gums so thoroughly before! They did more things in cleaning than I've ever experienced at any other dentists office. I had to do a filling on my tooth and I was told that they prefer to do a white filling over silver, as silver has murcury plus there are other negatives in silver filling vs white. I was worried about white filling because last time I did a white feeling, at another dentist, I had huge sensitivity to the point of tears everyday, 24/7, for weeks and weeks. I had to go back to that old dentist so they could take the white filling out and put a silver instead. As soon as they've done that, the sensitivity went away right away. Here at Baltimore Dental Co, the staff and the dentist herself had reasured me that most likely it was the way the white filling was put in, rather than material itself. So I was brave enough to do the white feeling all over again. Just to find out that they were right!! I have NO sensitivity in my tooth!!!!! Oh and i did had to come back the next day for them to adjust a bid of the height of the filling, without any problems. I called them the next day and they took me right away. It took them less than a minute to fix it. They are amazing! Very friendly, very thorough, and sensitive to everybody's feelings! Highly recommend! I even recommend them to my family. Less

In the chair, Tara quickly assessed my break and set up the materials Jay would need in repairing it.Second, the repair went smoothly and a laminate was attached into the roughly 3/8" square that had broken away. The procedure also involved squaring up the edge of the tooth. Soon thereafter, my occlusal guard was adjusted to accommodate the repair & I was on my way.What's amazing is the color match. I told Tara this could be cosmetic as well as structural. Even though I know exactly where the break was, I can't see the seam between the organic tooth and the replacement. Thanks for keeping my smile (such as it is) viable! Less
