I am a regular at this dentist and I’ve never normally had an issue over the 4 years I’ve been a patient here. However, I called today to ask if I could rearrange an appointment because I am genuinely unwell with a flu and fever. I have also never missed an appointment before. The receptionist was incredibly rude to the point where I was in tears after the phone call. No empathy, unwilling to move my appointment unless I paid for this missed one. I do appreciate it was less than 48 hours notice but I phoned when I woke up unwell first thing. She told me flu/covid symptoms are now irrelevant and told me to turn up before hanging up on me. Absolutely disgusting attitude!

Hands down the best dental surgery. Very warm and supportive reception team. Jess is an absolutely amazing dentist. Caring, incredibly competent and has fantastic bedside manner. Would recommend her to all.

Having been a patient for decades with this dental practice, I have always had good experiences.I had broken a molar at the weekend but there was no emergency appointment available , the receptionist rang me back when there was a cancellation and I was seen that afternoon.Very impressed and greatful.

This practice is amazing. Twice over the years I have needed emergency dental work and both times they have fitted me in same day. So kind to a nervous patient like me and the reception staff are always helpful and friendly.

Amazing service! The reception staff were friendly and polite. Dr Sadat was exceptional, she explained everything that she was going to do and made me feel really comfortable. Appointments were also easy to book and the waiting list was short.

A really positive experience from start to finish. The reception staff are very welcoming and understanding. I got an appointment very quickly which I was grateful for as travelling abroad shortly. Dr Patel is professional, friendly, and explained the issue with my teeth clearly and gave me options. I am very pleased with the outcome and will use Infinity Dental in the future.

This year I finally returned to the dentist. Firstly the receptionists were really nice, attentive and made me feel comforted. I was then treated by Dr Farida Sadat. She is truly a lovely dentist. From our first meeting she was welcoming, which put me at ease, she spoke to me with dignity and talked me through what she was about to do/ doing. I had to have a number of things done and with each visit had, she treated me the same. She is a blessing to experience. Thank you.
