I had a great experience working with On Point Flooring on repairing and refinishing our hardwood floors after a water leak. They replaced the damaged boards, sanded and re-stained the entire floor, and the results are absolutely beautiful. When I noticed one small uneven spot, Lee immediately sent the crew back out the same day, and they fixed it so perfectly you’d never know it had been there.Their workmanship, responsiveness, and attention to detail were outstanding. I highly recommend them for any hardwood repair or refinishing work.

Overall, we had a good experience working with Jesse and are very pleased with the final product.A few things to note in our experience though. We were almost charged extra because the wood had to be carried to the second floor of our house (where the room was located). We also were not aware that we had to leave for several days because the wood stain was so strong and permeated our whole house. And it could entirely be our own ignorance of those things if they are commonly known in the industry, but we were not aware and they are helpful to know in advance! Jesse was communicative though and easy to get a hold of, and rectified the situation. Would endorse working with him.

Lee and his team did an excellent job replacing carpet in our upstairs bedrooms with hardwood flooring. They matched the existing hardwood floors perfectly. Communication was responsive and clear. The work was done exactly to the schedule defined. When we pointed out a bump in the flooring (caused by unevenness in the underlying structure) they quickly and without fuss redid that portion and removed the bump. We have already recommended them to some friends who are looking to redo their floors.

On Point Flooring definitely live up to their name. Very professional and efficient. On Point Flooring did an awesome job. One of my bedrooms needed the carpet replaced due to a water leak. However, I wanted On Point Flooring to return and replace old carpet in 2 other bedrooms.Please don't make the same mistake I did (what could have been) an awful oversight on my part. Make sure the rooms where the new carpet is being installed is completely empty or you have room to have the furniture which is removed kept until the carpet installation is completed. However, the workers that came out were able to remove the furniture and install the new carpet.

On Point Flooring installed Mohawk Revwood laminate flooring throughout my entire house - including the bathrooms and kitchen and it looks great!!, I worked with the owner, Lee. and he was exceptionally helpful and responsive. I had not moved into my house yet and I began the flooring process while I was still in another state! Lee went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Lee would video chat with me so I could see what was going on in the house before I moved to North Carolina. He responded promptly to all my texts and calls. Because of water issues with my house, the floor install had to be stopped and started several times, and Lee worked with me to get everything done before I moved in. The end result is a beautiful floor throughout my house, and an excellent experience with a professional, respectful company and the genuinely nice owner, Highly recommended!

Lee and his team just finished up laying a white oak floor throughout the upstairs of our home (approximately 1500 square feet). They also changed out all the stair parts to white oak and substantially updated the ascetic. We are thrilled with the outcome and could not be happier with the entire process. The floors and stairs are gorgeous! The crew is made up of true professionals and master craftsman. Lee spent countless hours consulting me as I agonized over choices and made changes. Lee and his team at On Point Flooring just completed removing carpets and installing LVP on our entire main floor. It has been a pleasure to work with Lee throughout the process, beginning to end. I was very pleased with Lee and his installers. He was very honest with his recommendations because I had a difficult office space in an old building. He is also very helpful when selecting colors. We have used Lee’s team twice for big projects and have been very happy both times! In 2020 we replaced carpet with wood flooring in 3 bedrooms in our house which Lee was able to match seamlessly with the rest of the house. In 2023 we used Lee again at a rental property to replace all of the flooring (tile and carpet) with LVP and it was all demo’d, installed and cleaned up in 1 day, I am still not even sure how that was possible but they did it! Very happy and will continue to use this crew any time we need flooring.Photo included of a threshold - used to be where 6yo wood flooring met carpet and you can’t even tell where the new wood is blended in they weaved it so well!

Portland, the woman we worked with the whole time, is incredibly friendly and will do whatever it is needed to make you are more than happy with the product. She worked so diligently with my insurance company to make sure they were offering us a fair reimbursement. I cannot recommend how great this company is and how Portland is a gem-maybe the most helpful and nice person I’ve ever worked with.

We live in New England but have purchased our retirement home in NC. Family members rent it from us for now. They discovered that a prior owner had installed tile over tile in the master shower stall. We had to completely demo the shower (down to the studs) and rebuild. Lee and his staff were tremendous with work with, especially from long distance. Lee promptly communicated with me through the whole project, and I understood every step of the way what work was needed and would be performed. Lee's staff members were prompt and polite, and worked harder than we've ever seen before. They even came in on a Saturday, knowing that we had a deadline. My husband traveled to NC for the duration of the project, and was able to see the end result. We have a beautiful, durable new shower. Absolutely recommend On Point Flooring!
