Lee would video chat with me so I could see what was going on in the house before I moved to North Carolina. He responded promptly to all my texts and calls. They discovered that a prior owner had installed tile over tile in the master shower stall. We had to completely demo the shower (down to the studs) and rebuild. Lee and his staff were tremendous with work with, especially from long distance. Lee promptly communicated with me through the whole project, and I understood every step of the way what work was needed and would be performed. Lee's staff members were prompt and polite, and worked harder than we've ever seen before. They even came in on a Saturday, knowing that we had a deadline.
