This is an honest review from a mother of 3 for anyone looking to hire this cleaning service.Honesty and consistency are very important to me, especially when paying for a professional service.I’ve used this company multiple times and unfortunately the service has been inconsistent. Most recently, the floors throughout the house were not washed, and it was difficult to tell whether some of the cleaning tasks they claimed to complete were actually done.When I spoke with the manager, the concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. Although they did offer a $50 deduction, this has happened before as well, including instances where the floors were not vacuumed or washed properly.My main concern is the lack of consistency. Different cleaners are sent most of the time, and the company does not guarantee consistent service quality from visit to visit.

With a new baby at home and falling ill, I haven’t been able to do a thorough clean of my home in months. I’ve used busy moms service a couple times before and have always been happy. Today I had a lovely Lady named Chantal, she did a wonderful job so much so it brought tears to my eyes. She made my day! I will definitely be in touch again and hoping to work with Chantal again. Highly recommend ! Xox

Chantal and her team at Busy Moms Cleaning Company did an amazing job. They came in after a full construction project and completely transformed the house. Every corner was spotless dust, debris, everything gone. You can tell they take pride in their work and really pay attention to detail. Super professional, on time, and easy to deal with. I’d definitely recommend Chantal and her team to anyone needing a deep clean, especially after renovations.
