I started seeing Nicholas when I was experiencing excruciating upper back pain from scoliosis. It took a while, 10 weekly sessions, but my back is no longer going out. I just started going every other week. I’ve been a health care provider for almost 40 years, and appreciate that in addition to being skilled manually Nicholas is also very professional and ethical. Nicholas is a kind and skilled Rolfer. My husband and I each completed a "Series 10" of Structural Integration with Nicholas. The deep body work has improved our mobility, flexibility and overall wellness. As a retired massage therapist who specialized in injury treatment, I can fully appreciate the bodywork that Nichols does at Wandering Bear Wellness. He really listened to me and to my body and he was able to get me out of months of pain by my third visit, which is quite a feat! I did the Rolfing ten series and I feel like a new person. I just completed my 10th Rolfing session with Nicholas Wasierski from Wandering Bear Wellness, in Port Hadlock and although I'm approaching my 80th birthday, I am experiencing a complete physical renewal. Wow!When we started 3 months ago I was suffering from severe lower back pain and had trouble walking and keeping my balance. During the Rolfing program Nicholas worked with every part of my body, releasing tons old stuck energy. He is extremely skilled at body work and seems to intuit where energy is stuck. The result is amazing.
