I had an amazing experience with 99 AuPairs and am lucky to have come across it online. It may not be the best known agency but definitely seems to me the most professional, competent and organised. Irene was amazing - really listening to me and my hopes for living and working in Australia, she matched me to an active family and the kids are just great. The whole process was smooth and detailed, leaving nothing to be left unanswered. Initially, I had a call with her to discuss my aspirations, then multiple calls with the family, so it felt I already somewhat knew them before arriving. Very professional agency, I felt like they knew exactly what they were doing and how to connect you to the right family. They help you how to introduce you to the parents and are just overall very supportive. You get lots of heads up and everything gets explained. They got your best interests at heart, special thanks to Irene! She was just lovely! Nice, competent and funny, just the whole packet. I felt really safe with her and like making the right decisions.When you video chat with your host family, they are still there to eventually help you and ask questions to further connect and find solutions if there are any problems, like planning how to get to the family.So if you're considering to become an Au Pair, I can definitely recommend 99aupairs.

We used 99 au pairs to find our first au pair to join our family of 5. We thought the biggest advantage using an agency would be finding a candidate that was appropriately vetted but honestly that was just the start! There are so many details that we hadn’t even considered that using 99 au pairs took care of effortlessly. So much care was taken facilitating us getting to know candidates, we even had personality profiling to help align our different communication styles with our new au pair. I know Irene and the team are only a phone call away when I’m not sure how to handle certain questions or scenarios. And I love knowing their advice comes from a place of supporting us but also ensuing the right conditions for their au pairs. I cannot recommend them enough, worth every cent.
