GOAL MD

UPDATE (July 2, 2025):Before posting my original review, I spoke with both a GOAL MD representative and a female supervisor who listened politely—something I did appreciate. Unfortunately, GOAL MD’s public reply still contains serious inaccuracies:Consult length: My phone consultation with Dr. Fish lasted about 15 minutes, not “40+ minutes.”Follow-up: I did respond to their outreach and clearly described my concerns; stating that I never replied is untrue.Tone & conduct: The rushed, patronizing style—comparing my body to a paycheck and refusing to explain the shakes “because it depends on your culture”—remains unaddressed.Listening is only half of good care; honest accountability is the other half. Misstating facts and implying I was unresponsive adds a fresh layer of disappointment. My goal in writing this review isn’t to criticize for the sake of it—but to tell the truth. Patients deserve providers who treat them with dignity, who communicate clearly, and who own their missteps instead of rewriting them. I hope this helps others make an informed decision."""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Fish at Goal MD. From the start of the consultation, I felt rushed and dismissed. He didn’t take the time to answer my questions and spoke with a patronizing, almost military-style tone—as if I were being lectured rather than listened to.At one point, he compared my body to a paycheck—an analogy that felt both inappropriate and demeaning. When I asked about the shakes he referenced, he responded, “I’m not telling you that—it depends on your culture.” That remark was not only evasive but unprofessional. The call ended with him abruptly hanging up, which unfortunately reflected the overall tone of the consultation: cold, condescending, and impersonal. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and deeply let down.A physician with real ethics and care for their patients would have handled the conversation—and me—with far more respect, patience, and professionalism.
