I have never met as someone as knowledgeable and caring as Dr. Gryba is. As someone who has been to many different chiropractors in my life, I can truly say the level of care you receive at E3 is the best you will ever experience. He was able to diagnose a problem that I have had for three years within 10 minutes and provided a treatment that healed it in less than 24hrs. Dr. Gryba will actively listen to you and builds a connection with you from the first appointment. I have never once felt dismissed with my concerns brought to him and despite my history with stress and anxiety, his initial diagnosis to my chronic issues were not those things. As a young woman who has felt the stings of healthcare, to have someone listen and confirm that there are legitimate problems that are not caused by my stress levels was the best feeling I’ve ever had in a healthcare professional's office. There isn’t enough time or words to describe how amazing he is at his job and if you are looking for relief and for long lasting strategies to manage your pain/injuries, it would be a no brainer to me who you should see.

I sought out Dr. Gryba when I was having severe foot pain and couldn’t bear standing for more than 30 minutes at a time. Since starting to see him, my foot pain has completely resolved! The best part is that he doesn’t offer “quick fixes” - he has taught me how to maintain my body and how to keep it from breaking down! He is the only chiropractor I will see now. He isn’t the typical chiropractor who says “see me 3 times a week for a 3 minute appointment while I adjust you”. Would give more than five stars if I could!!

A workplace injury landed me with extreme low back pain, surgery, and years of rehabilitation. I’ve been to a variety of clinics and professionals over the years, but E3's unique skill set and 1-1 approach gave me the treatment, attention, and results I feel deserve. I haven't had this level of care from any other clinic. The thing that sets E3 apart is they gave me my own folder with a document outlining my injury, and what I could expect from the clinic. I appreciate that we mix hands on manipulation and strength training together, I finally feel like I’m seeing improvement while also building my confidence in the gym.

Dr. Gryba is incredibly knowledgeable, I came in with multiple issues, and he gave me actionable, easy, and accessible exercises and education to feel better again. I went from being unable to sit for more than an hour or do long walks, to being able to weight lift again! I am so thankful I found this clinic.

Nick Allard at E3 is an outstanding physiotherapist! He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of his practice and each time I visit him he is very thorough. For example, today he did a full assessment on my knee and treatments for my knee including: dry needling, cupping, and massage. On top of that he showed me how to correct some of my movements while working out as well as stretches to help loosen some of my tight muscles causing my pain. I can’t say enough about how great all my experiences with Nick have been. The front desk staff has always been lovely. Five stars all around!

Working with Dr. Gryba (and the whole team at E3) has been nothing short of a great experience! He has listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them. I have so much energy (a primary concern when I began treatment here) and have very little pain at all! Highly recommend!😀

I always feel welcomed with big smiles by Maddie, the admin specialist, whenever I enter through the door. Dr. Gryba is a great listener and pays close attention to the symptoms I am having during my visit. I always leave feeling a lot better after the adjustment! I am thankful for the quality of life I enjoy.
