Where do I start….Having never been involved in a home renovation, we had no idea what to expect… Apollo Bathrooms not only made us feel comfortable, but from day 1, we knew that they were the team we wanted to complete our bathroom renovation!!Prior to the work getting started, Eric visited the house and explained the process in detail - from start to finish… he made it clear of the mess to expect, but also told us ‘to enjoy the process, as it’ll be fun’!!! He wasn’t wrong… in between lots of work, there was plenty of laughs, chats and friendly banter through the day!!Eric’s experience, advice and contribution to design ensured that we ended up with exactly what we were hoping for… our main bathroom is to die for, and we managed to convert a basic laundry into the coolest powder room / laundry ever!! 💋💄😂Eric’s enthusiasm to ‘get it done’ is second to none!!! His love for what he does is evident in the work he (and his team) produce! He’s a perfectionist, and expects the same from his workers!!! There was never a job too big (or small)…In short, we couldn’t be happier…. Family and friends who are familiar with the ‘before’, cannot believe the end result!!! I’m sure from the photos attached, you’d also agree it looks pretty special!!! 🤩🤩We’d like to thank Eric, Duro and the entire crew who did their magic at our home!! I recently contracted Eric and his company Apollo bathroom and plumbing to renovate my entire two bedroom unit. My unit still had its original furnishings since it was built in 1970. Given the scope of the renovations and my experience with tradies in the past, I was nervous going into this process.However, from the very first day I saw Eric to be extremely professional and a perfectionist. He provided me with a vision of how the appartment could look which I found very appealing and immediately made me feel at ease.Eric and his team renovated my entire bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Eric kept regular contact with me so that I could choose the colour and styles of cabinets, taps, tiles and other furnishings. Everything was done to my liking and Eric provided his professional recommendations along the way. Suffice to say everything turned out beautifully.I also had that dated and ugly looking popcorn ceiling and Eric and his team turned it into a brand new beautifully smooth ceiling with spectacularly bright downlights which completely changed the ambiance in the unit.Eric also updated my balcony with new riling and custom made cabinets for my bathroom and kitchen and built in Wardrobes for my bedrooms.The final product was much more than what I could have expected. The furnishings were high quality and my unit was completely transformed. I have provided before and after photos to illustrate just how much the unit has changed.I would highly recommend Eric and his company Apollo Bathrooms and Plumbing for anyone considering renovating any part of their home. Eric and his team are highly efficient, communicative, accommodating, and brought nothing but quality work to the table! The whole process couldn’t have been smoother, and we’re already planning for further works to be undertaken - once we stop staring in awe at how exquisite everything looks. If you want a bathroom which is better than you could ever have imagined, choose Apollo Bathrooms & Plumbing. Eric and his team deliver. This is our story. We bought an old terrace in December. The upstairs bathroom needed a complete renovation. In January, when tradies take their hard-earned rest, we contacted a few bathroom specialists including Apollo. They responded very promptly. Eric and another specialist tradie arrived on time. They took careful measurements and discussed potential issues. They then went away and prepared a very detailed quote. We accepted the quote and Team Apollo commenced their work. They covered the staircase and treated it like a piece of China. Every worker took the utmost care to ensure materials did not cause any damage. We received almost daily updates from Eric himself. Some of the issues he predicted did emerge. Apollo have at their disposal tradies of the highest quality and any issue was fixed without drama. The work of each specialist tradie was first class. They worked weekends to get the job done. Every one of Apollo’s workers can be trusted in your home. They were very careful not to disturb neighbours and they left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. We had an issue with one of the shower fittings. This was a minor defect, but Eric sorted it with the supplier straight away and a replacement was promptly installed at the supplier’s expense. Eric’s on your side and with you from start to finish.So there you have it. We got the perfect bathroom, completed on time and on budget. But we got much, much more than that. The main reason you should use Apollo is that you can trust Eric with everything. He’s a first class tradesman but, more importantly, he’s a man of his word. If there’s a problem, he’ll tell you. He’ll then tell you how he’s going to fix it. Problem solved. We’ve discussed other issues beyond bathrooms such as roofing and Eric went out of his way to arrange quotes from specialist roofers and to provide us with guidance. This was done in his own time and at no cost to us. Eric is a busy man, but he somehow found time to do this after our job was complete. We’re so glad we found Eric and Apollo. We’ll have other work for Apollo, but if you’re even just starting to think about a bathroom renovation, give Apollo a call and get the bathroom you deserve.John & LindaKogarah
