I just completed a kitchen and living room remodel with South Bay Construction and we're extremely happy with the results. Tito is amazing to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a straight shooter. He gave us great advice and guidance throughout the entire project. And his team was fantastic! Renovations are never fun but these guys made it really easy for us. And they were fast and efficient. You hear horror stories about how projects drag on forever. Ours was done in 2 1/2 months. Unbelievable. I'll definitely be using them again when we're ready to work on other projects. At least three of my neighbors are already planning to work with them. It's hard to know who to trust for renovation projects but I can assure you Tito and his crew are the ones!

I've been meaning to write this review for some time since the completion of the Kitchen remodel in 8/16. The project was completed over schedule but Tito made sure it was done right and to our satisfaction before he left. He is very communicative which I like. If you want someone to explain things and ensure everyone is on the same page Tito is your guy. His price is fair and he is a man of his word. Hard to find contractors that are honest, have integrity and works hard to get the job done right. Tito and his crew did a awesome job on a complicated high-end kitchen remodel. Don't trust amateurs to do a complicated job. You will only spend more money to do it again. Thanks Tito and crew for completing an awesome kitchen which we will enjoy for years to come!!!

We recently completed a kitchen remodel with South Bay Construction. Tito and his crew came highly recommended by the Kitchen Store in Culver City who provided the cabinets. Tito is a pleasure to work with, he always responds to telephone and texts in a rapid manner. Other contractors that we worked with were difficult to contact and frequently subbed out work to unknown workers. The crew that we started with was there everyday and the two outside subs worked with Tito on a daily basis. It was a pleasure working with professionals who were concerned about the outcome of the project as reflecting upon them personally.
