I was sent to Signature Collision by the insurasnce to repair my Audi A7 after an accident. After 4 weeks of repairs, I finally received the car back. Straight away, there were issues with the car safety systems including lane keeping assitance and blind spot sensors. I then took the car to Audi to investigate the issues to only be made aware of some shocking findings about the low quality of repairs, including:1- Damaged collision control units and missing brackets, nuts and bolts2- Poor-quality LTE wiring repairs3- Broken rear light connectors, with the light siliconed into placeWhat was left under the surface of the repaired parts was nothing short of shocking.
