Dave with Hazewash was such a pleasure to work with! I will 100% recommend his work. Dave came in and assessed my issue and what I was very impressed with was how he wrote up my project repair. He literally itemized every step and the cost like a repair professional. I was able to see what I needed, why and the cost. He didn’t just look at it and quote a price. He talked me through what was going on. I love that! He arrived on time and informed me when he would arrive the next day. The next day he would call me 30 minutes before arriving. We had a very difficult situation involving heavy feces contamination and extremely strong odors in an apartment. The conditions were overwhelming and we were worried the unit might be beyond saving.HazWash was professional, respectful, and thorough from start to finish.
