What a terrific, helpful bunch of folks - can't say enough good things about them! We got stuck in Amarillo with a couple of leaking hydraulic rams that made the slide in our RV start coming out while driving, and despite being extremely busy, Rick and his crew helped me with advice and expertise that let me disassemble the cylinders on my own; he even spent time poking around on the Internet to find any info he could about these unusual rams. They also took the time to actually swap out the seals when I came in to buy what I needed - completely unexpected and very generous of them! Their kind help turned this from being a miserable emergency with no fix in sight (the ram manufacturer told me that they were backed up for at least 3 months for rebuilds) into just another "no big deal" repair. Total straight shooters, and the kind of business ethics that is unfortunately rare these days. It's also worth noting that, when I was first calling around town, most of the RV shops and even other hydraulic repair places recommended UER. Says all kinds of good things for their reputation around town...Last, judging from the well-stocked inventory that I saw, I'd say they'll have anything you need for your hydraulics. If I'm ever in TX needing anything hydraulic, I know who my default choice is going to be.Thanks again, Rick and everyone!
