I'm fortunate enough to be able to be seen as an NHS patient. Otherwise there's a heavy emphasis on private care. I can't complain about the NHS service and Sophie Harris in particular is wonderful. Lack of car parking (4 spaces) my prove difficult for some.

I've been a customer for 25 years and have found the service consistently excellent. The only issue is that it can be difficult to get appointments with my usual clinicians as they get booked up for many months ahead.

I rang for an emergency appointment and was delighted ( and surprised) to get one within a few hours. I am not an easy patient - I suffer from anxiety, especially in a medical setting ;I have not had to have a tooth extracted for 53 years, and I also had to leave my disabled husband on his own. Therefore I was impressed with the cheerful, calm and very efficient way everything was handled. The procedure was painless and very clear instructions ( and a leaflet) were given about after care. I am lucky enough to be an NHS patient. Well done, everyone. JMC
