I rang for an emergency appointment and was delighted ( and surprised) to get one within a few hours. I am not an easy patient - I suffer from anxiety, especially in a medical setting ;I have not had to have a tooth extracted for 53 years, and I also had to leave my disabled husband on his own. Therefore I was impressed with the cheerful, calm and very efficient way everything was handled. The procedure was painless and very clear instructions ( and a leaflet) were given about after care. I am lucky enough to be an NHS patient. Well done, everyone. JMC

I called this morning having had issues with filling out the new patients forms online. I have a large family that I wanted to register, I called and managed to speak to a nurse, Ellie was extremely helpful, helped me to fill the forms over the phone and book us all in for appointments, I'm extremely happy with the service and we look forward to joining this practice.
