She is professional, always has the good advice as well as deep insight of the market. She worked well with other parties like lenders to make sure we have different options and have a best choice. The bidding war was crazy at that time, we were not the highest bid (in fact, we were $100k less than the highest bid), she went extra step to explain our situation to listing agent and seller. Thanks to her help, we had a chance when the highest bidder backed out, the seller reached out to us first, even though there were 10 other higher bids than us. The best part is that the price was close to appraisal which was not common in that crazy market. When we were in doubt, when we worry about the market, she explained to us to help us not miss this chance. Luckily, we took her advice. It was our best decision we have ever made.
