Travis from Marksman Gate came out with such a quick response at our condo complex. Our barrier arm was only down for a day before they came out, in Boston too. It was easy working with the company, quick follow ups, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would highly recommend them for Boston gate and barrier repair.

I called Marksman Gate to service the automatic gate that was stuck open. Travis was easy to communicate to; he actually answers the calls rather than moving customer to an AI answering machine. He was very knowledgeable on the site and fix the problem quickly. I would highly recommend.

I contacted Travis because my sliding electric gate needed repair. He was able to come out the very next day for a free diagnostic visit. During the visit, he actually ended up partially fixing my gate so that we could at least open/ close it, which was a huge help! He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. I will definitely be calling him again for any other gate issues!Dec 2025 Update: I ended up hiring Travis to build/install an entirely new gate and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Working with Travis was completely stress-free. He's very responsive, attentive, and always had a workaround for any issues that arose. I had a great experience working with Travis from Marksman Gate. He installed automated gates for me and did an excellent job from start to finish. What really stood out was his ability to take over an incomplete project left behind by a previous contractor and bring it to a successful, high-quality completion. That in itself was a major accomplishment.Travis coordinated seamlessly with the masonry and electrical contractors, clearly explaining what was needed at each step to finish the job correctly. Just met Travis from MARKSMAN GATE COMPANY this morning. He was polite and professional. True to his word he arrived in the window of time we agreed to. For the project time frame itself he was spot on, and he stuck with the price we agreed to.He changed out four (4) old metal rollers on a very heavy, 10'ish foot long sliding gate for me. He put four (4) new silicone rollers in their place. It was not an easy job from my perspective. The gate is once again extremely easy to slide open and shut. I will def share MARKSMAN GATE COMPANY's name with anyone I know that might require gate work. Thanks Travis!!
