Very pleased. Such wonderful customer service. Had to exchange for ring size. No issues at all. The wife didnt care for the exchange ring color compared to the original I gave her. Customer service is awesome. They’ll remember who you are and what you got. My issue is that I paid for a ring that continues to lose diamonds (they will replace them at no cost) but my wife is without a ring for literal weeks at a time. They keep trying until it’s right but your girl won’t have a ring on for weeks at a time. I’ve just been taking it elsewhere and paying to have it fixed. She needs a new band and I know this place can match it, but I really don’t want to buy from them. Makayla is super cool but it really sucks to spend thousands and not have a ring for weeks to replace diamonds. They always have to “send it off”.

Extremely happy-conversion of wedding ring to pendant. I gave my parents wedding ring to my son.
