charlotte took our pictures and she was absolutely amazing, normally my baby doesn’t like cooperating but she settled him so well and it resulted in the most amazing pictures, cherry went through the pictures with us and we was so indecisive because they came out so good but she talked us through the whole process and we got the pictures we really loved the most , over all an amazing experience from start to finish

Both sophie and Cherry were brilliant, Sophie made us all very relaxed and helped us get the most out of our photo shoot which we enjoyed very much. I was really nervous going for the shoot - my body confidence has been really low for a while after having cancer and surgery. I had a phone call from Sophie a few days before the shoot to discuss it, she told me the plan, how things work and what to bring with me. She also gave me time to discuss any worries. When I came on the day the team were friendly and welcoming. Steph did an absolutely fabulous job of my hair and makeup but also helping me to relax into the day. Sophie was amazing, she really made a relaxed environment, she was patient and understanding. The photos all look amazing!

Amazing experience with my newborn and 2 year old. Sophie was amazing with my newborn, even when my newborn was fussy she even offered to feed her a bottle and settled her and played with my 2 year old. It was a relaxed environment too! We loved picking our photos with Cherry, she was very helpful and gave us an extra photo for free when we were struggling to decide between the two! Lovely time!

Charlotte the photographer was brilliant. Made our family photoshoot as smooth as possible and got some great photos, even with a newborn and a toddler not cooperating! Cherry was brilliant in the photo viewing and was more than accommodating for our budget. Great experience overall!

Really good experience. The staff were amazing at the photo shoot, Charlotte really took her time and made me feel comfortable and was really patient with me and the baby. Cherry also was amazing at the viewing and explained everything clearly and helped go through photos. Overall would definitely recommend and I will be coming back when she’s older 💜

I went for a boudoir shoot and had my makeup done by Charlotte and my photographer was Sophie. Both girls were amazing, friendly and easy to talk to. I felt completely comfortable during the shoot and loved the whole experience. I had just had a baby so the confidence I felt after was just amazing. I had my consultation and cinematic viewing with Cherry, she showed me all their amazing packages and helped to design a flexible package that worked for me. Overall a brilliant experience with a brilliant team.

My daughter & son-in-law had their daughters first birthday cake smash package done with this wonderful company. As soon as they arrived for the photo shoot they had such a warm welcome. Charlotte was their photographer & made the experience so lovely. She was calm, friendly, put everyone at ease & made it lot’s of fun for our granddaughter. The resulting photos surpassed our expectations ! Our consultant, when we went to look at the images was Cherry. Cherry explained all of the options available, we took our time as it was so difficult choosing, we didn’t feel rushed at all & Cherry really helped us through the whole process. As we were returning customers Cherry added in a couple of very generous bonuses which we weren’t expecting so that was lovely. We can’t recommend Mark Swinford Photographers enough .

We recently won a draw for a Baby of the Month photoshoot which I can honestly not fault at all! We booked online for our slot super easily. We attended our shoot and was greeted by our photographer Sophia who made us all feel at ease, especially our little boy. Once the photos had been taken we then made the appointment to return to view which again was super easy - upon leaving our little boy was also gifted a little elephant toy which I thought was a lovely touch! We’ve returned today to view the photos and wow we were blown away and really had to work hard to narrow down to one of the packages in our budget - Cherry our consultant wasn’t overpowering at all and spoke through all our options for buying and together we came up with the best option for us. We cannot wait to get the album and the digital photos now! I would recommend again and again to anyone wanting to book here as from start to finish it has been 10/10!

I won a free new baby photoshoot, when we arrived, we were greeted with a drink in the waiting area. Our photographer Sophie was amazing, very patient as we had an 8 week old baby, she took her time and didnt make us feel rushed. A week later we went back to view our photos, the slideshow was amazing, Cherry was there to talk us through the photographs, she was very friendly and made choosing our pictures easy. Great service by all the team and would definitely go back.
