From start to finish they make a new customer feel like they've been coming for years. This is refreshing as the "old way" of doing business seems to have died. A+ all the way around...make sure you bring your vehicle for work done on Wednesdays for complimentary breakfast sandwiches! LOL

Towed in a limousine bus to them yesterday from Leroy with a 35 ton heavy duty wrecker. From the time I first called them to ask about the route in to be sure my truck would be ok on the road these guys were great, I arrived to the shop and was greeted by two really nice technicians and they were able to tell me right where to go, I was then met by another two awesome guys outback that helped me get 65 feet of truck into a tight spot. Went inside to drop the keys and the service advisors and the owner were great guys to deal with. They even offered me complimentary snacks and beverages. Out of almost 9 years towing both heavy and light duty this was the best experience I’ve had with any shop in my career. Being I live in Rochester, if I ever need any transmission work done on my personal vehicle I’d make the drive and bring it to these guys!
